2026 Chihuahua Medal - $12
If you’ve been following our Fiesta medal series, you may have realized that we’re running out of animals to feature. So it was only natural that this year’s medal pay tribute to all of the cute dogs in the neighborhood. The timing is great - our new dog park will be opening soon! Pick one up and wear it with pride at the upcoming grand opening, and also at our Fiesta Paw Parade.
2025 Cats Medal - $7
If you’ve spent any time in midtown San Antonio, you’re sure to see houses like this. Whichever way you feel about our community cats, they’re a fixture in the neighborhood.
If you have a house like this on your block that isn’t being well managed, think about helping by getting involved in trap-neuter-return. For more info, visit the SA Feral Cat Coalition website.
2024 Goat Medals - $7
If you are ever in the vicinity of Magnolia and Blanco, you may have seen the mischievous BraceyHaus goats, Janus and Apollo. This year, they hopped the fence right onto our 2024 Fiesta medal. We hope you’ll add them to your collection of medals featuring much-loved Beacon Hill animals!
**SOLD OUT** – 2023 Raccoon Medals
Having done a skunk, possum, and fox, you probably will not be surprised to find a raccoon (aka “Party Panda”) on our 2023 medal. This lotería-inspired medal was designed by artist and Beacon Hill resident Rafael Gonzales, Jr. See more of his work here.
2022 Fox Medals - $7
Did you know one of the first sections of Beacon Hill which began development in 1907 was named Fox’s Beacon Hill? Between that and the uptick in recent fox sightings in the neighborhood (seriously!), we thought it fitting for a fox to be the next creature to be featured on a Fiesta medal.
Our 2022 “fox in a fig tree” medal is based on an illustration by artist and BH resident Rainey Rodriguez, with design support from Kim Hubbeling. Read more about Rainey here.
**SOLD OUT** – 2020 Possum Medals
Our 2020 medal design highlights the iconic Beacon Hill columns that line Blanco Road. But after the success of our 2019 skunk medal, we couldn’t resist giving a little shoutout to another critter we share the neighborhood with.
Our 2020 medal design is based on an illustration by BH resident Stephanie Phillips. Thanks to Regina Morales for bringing it to life.
**SOLD OUT** – 2019 Skunk Medals
Whether you love them, merely tolerate them, or hate them, living in Beacon Hill means living alongside skunks. Our 2019 medal pays tribute to these adorable neighborhood nuisances. (Hey, they were here first, right?)
Our 2019 medal was designed Regina Morales. See more of her work here.
